EXCITING UPDATE for ACI users

ACI has announced their integration with PhoenixMobile is ready!

It's important that you run ACI WebUpdate to make sure you have the latest version of your software (which includes the new PhoenixMobile integration). This includes beta users who may have already been using the PhoenixMobile integration with ACI.

Time is money. What's your time worth? Save time and prevent mistakes by eliminating the data entry work associated with clipboards and paper forms.

With PhoenixMobile, you won't have to go hunting through hundreds of photos to find the ones you're looking for. Your photos are instantly attached to the report you're working on.

Take photos however works best for you:

With your iPad. With and iPad 2, or, the New iPad, you can take photos with the built-in camera. (NOTE: We recommend the New iPad if you want to take photos with your iPad — because it has a much better camera than the iPad 2.)

With your iPhone. With PhoenixMobile for iPhone you can simply take photos with the iPhone's built-in camera. When using PhoenixMobile for iPad, our separate PhoenixCamera App for your iPhone allows you to take photos with your iPhone and have them instantly beamed to your current report on the iPad via Bluetooth.

With your digital camera. The iPad Camera Connection Kit allows you to attach photos from your digital point-and-shoot camera to your PhoenixMobile reports on the iPad via USB or SD Card. This is suitable for the origional iPad, or those needing more than the iPad or iPhone cameras offer.

Tag. Quickly tag and sort your photos with a customizable tag list. When you tag your photos, they will automatically appear in the correct location when you bring your report back into your desktop software. (NOTE: Even untagged photos will update your report on the desktop.)

Tags supported by most desktop software packages are included by default, and include amongst others:

Avoid the "Open Area Blues" by making sure your sketch closes before you leave the subject property.

From the map, you can immediately locate your closest report, or a large grouping of reports — maximizing your efficiency in the field. Get directions, and even street-view photography, from Google in just a few taps.

GPS. Your current location is instantly identified on a map — a map that also includes all of your reports. This means no searching through a list of orders to find the one you're standing right in front of.

Geocoding & Address Correction. All of your orders are automatically geocoded and placed on the map as a pin when they are created. Addresses are also cleansed and validated. Customizable pin colors may be used to organize the map however you'd like.
